I just heard on the radio today that the popular toys for Christmas are retro toys from the 70s and 80s.
The bad news is…. I’m now old enough to be considered “retro”… that whole “oldies but goodies” thing.
The good news is… Christmas shopping is gonna take a lot less time and money… I already made my list of what to go get out of storage! =)
Back in October of last year, my blog got hacked. At that point, I thought @McAfee Site Advisor was a useful tool, since the warning that suddenly popped up saying that my blog was malicious.
I spent the next two weeks getting my blog set back up… installation of backup files, password changes, file cleanup and more.
But the popups keep showing up that say my blog’s malicious, even though everything has been fixed.
If you know what this is an x-ray of, you’re probably over the age of 50, know someone who is, or have possibly had colon issues.
I had a colonoscopy done in my late 20’s or early 30’s. I don’t remember a single thing I can list as fun! I do remember the doctor explaining to me how most people’s colons go up, across, and back down, but that there are a few select people (I’m a lucky one amongst them!) who have a colon that, instead of going straight across behind our hearts, it does this little loop-de-loop type thing. He said he’d really love to have a chance to do a study on it.
Yep, it’s Friday… which is MY Monday. And I wanted to share my weird thought for the day…
I’ve been driving back and forth to California for several months now. And there have been several things that have crossed my mind in regards to getting back and forth safely.
* Will we be on this side of the border when the next earthquake hits (I’d be fine if I never felt the earth move under my feet)…
How sad is it to realize that, at my age, I have NO idea how to tell if I’m actually hungry.
What I DO know is that it’s time to figure it out if I wanna stay healthy and not gain weight every year, just because I’m a year older!
First, there’s the “I want something, but I have NO idea what!” kind of hunger.
